Lilia Cohen is a classical Pilates teacher with 21+ years of experience. She founded Lilia’s Pilates Studio in 2004, the first in southern Vermont. Certified by Romana’s Pilates, she trained under Romana Kryzanowska, Sari Mejia Santos, and Daria Pace. In 2007, she added GYROTONIC training with Julio Horvath, and later deepened her practice through Power Pilates.
