With over 10 years in the industry I specialize in Pilates and dynamic power yoga helping people build strength flexibility and a deep mind body connection. My goal is to inspire and guide others on their fitness journey making every session not just a workout but a transformative experience.

Lilia Cohen

Lilia Cohen is a classical Pilates teacher with 21+ years of experience. She founded Lilia’s Pilates Studio in 2004, the first in southern Vermont. Certified by Romana’s Pilates, she trained under Romana Kryzanowska, Sari Mejia Santos, and Daria Pace. In 2007, she added GYROTONIC training with Julio Horvath, and later deepened her practice through Power Pilates. Now based in the DC metro area, Lilia works with clients of all ages and abilities, including injury recovery and chronic conditions.
